Clyde's at Mark Center opened in 1998 in the West End of historic Alexandria, Virginia. From the menu to the many artifacts, the restaurant is a vivid celebration of sporting life on the water, with reminders throughout of yachting and sculling, waterfowl hunting and fishing.
Three authentically appointed dining rooms recreate a classic Adirondack fishing lodge, a Chesapeake Bay hunt club, and a splendid American yacht such as might be found moored off Newport. Other popular rooms are the sculling bar and the glass- enclosed Nantucket beach shack patio for outstanding seafood specialties. Click here for a detailed history.
